Ideally, you’re a post-production ace who can pump out video edits at lightning speed, but you also love to learn while doing—and thrive wearing many creative hats. If you’re looking to play a key role in building out our ground-floor creative machine—and learn more in a year than most do in five—you’ve come to the right place.What you’ll do:Edit social media videos (especially UGC & influencer content for social media & paid digital channels) seen by millions of peopleWork closely with our in-house copy team, targeting performance metricsThoughtfully A/B test video concepts based on audience insights and previous testsUnderstand test results and incorporate learnings into future iterations.Ensure Kikoff brand stays consistent through projects.Elevate the creative. Execute and make your own choices to increase efficacy and validity of asset.Contribute to brainstorming sessions across many projectsTranscribe content, caption videos, revise projects based on rounds of review, deliver in different orientations, and backup project filesWhat we’re looking for:Driven and Ambitious. You have the drive to move performance metrics, increase validity of asset, and communicate creative thoughtsTechnical Ability. A proficiency in Premiere Pro and familiarity with the entire Adobe Creative SuiteStrategic. You have a keen business sense, and understand testing strategies through video creativeAnalytical. You’re not afraid to dive into the data (or learn how to interpret it!), look at previous insights, and make your own choices to optimize performance of the video creative you craftCollaborative. You’ll work side-by-side with the creative team & user-acquisition managers.Articulate.
