Key responsibilities include:
Companionship, engaging in lively conversations, and providing assistance to create a positive and supportive environment for our clients.
Meal preparation, grocery shopping, housekeeping, and laundry to ensure a structured and comfortable living space.
Personal care, attending to the individual needs of our clients with a focus on maintaining their dignity.
Medication reminders, watching for health changes, and effectively communicating any concerns to the appropriate parties.
Ensuring client safety and maintaining a clean and organized environment for their well-being and yours.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Empathy and a people-oriented mindset, effortlessly understanding others' emotions and perspectives.
Authorization to work in the US and a successful background check.
Reliable transportation to fulfill work duties.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to build relationships and effectively engage with clients.
Ethics, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Physical capability to meet the demands of caregiving.
Must clock in/out using HHAX app as required by the State of Texas.
