Key Responsibilities Your Main Objectives Deliver Exceptional Customer Service : Interact with guests, entertain them, and provide an unforgettable experience that keeps them coming back for more. Promote Events and Specials : Help drive business by promoting events, specials, and promotions that benefit the company and create a buzz around our sports bars. Sell Food and Beverages : Utilize your knowledge of our menu to suggestively sell food and beverages, increasing average ticket sizes and driving revenue. Maintain the Twin Peaks Image : Adhere to our Presentation Guidelines, ensuring that you always represent the Twin Peaks brand in a professional and engaging manner. Work as Part of a Team : Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure seamless service, supporting each other to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Additional Responsibilities Greet guests, execute food and drink orders, and deliver exceptional service and hospitality. Take orders, suggestively sell menu items, ring in orders, and operate a computerized register system. Pre-bus tables, settle checks, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Participate in costume parties and other events, promoting the Twin Peaks brand and having fun! Attend training sessions, meetings, and other events as required. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications No Prior Experience Required : We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team. English Language Skills : You must be able to communicate effectively in English, reading, writing, and speaking with ease. Basic Math Skills : You should be able to compute basic math calculations, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance your till accurately. Preferred Qualifications Previous Hospitality Experience : If you have experience working in a similar environment, that's a definite plus! Food and Beverage Knowledge : Familiarity with food and beverages, including knowledge of menu items and pairing suggestions. Certifications and Licenses : Any relevant certifications, such as food safety or alcohol service certifications, are highly desirable.
