Strategic Planning & Business GrowthDrive sales performance in alignment with company targets through structured account strategies and annual planning.Align category focus and channel execution with overall business direction to support sustainable growth.Act as the voice of the retail channel to ensure customer needs are reflected in broader planning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate retail insights into strategic initiatives.2. Channel Expansion & In-Store ExecutionIdentify and assess new business opportunities across traditional and emerging retail formats.Lead the onboarding process for new accounts, including commercial alignment and operational readiness.Improve in-store execution by optimizing shelf presence, enhancing product presentation, and deploying guided selling tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost category visibility and consumer conversion.3. Sales Operations & Performance OptimizationOversee sell-in forecasting, inbound planning, sell-out tracking, and inventory coordination to ensure operational efficiency.Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners, providing insights to drive performance.Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution across retail touchpoints.Analyze promotion and campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies and improve ROI.Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:Bachelor’s degree.Minimum 5 years of experience in retail channel management, key account sales, or the consumer electronics industry.Solid business understanding and commercial thinking, with hands-on experience in driving growth through planning and execution.Proficient in sales forecasting, inventory tracking, and day-to-day retail operations, with good attention to detail.Strong organizational and project management skills; able to coordinate multiple workstreams such as promotions, content, and in-store activities.Good communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently with a sense of urgency and ownership.Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and improve continuously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. /104Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
