Duties
ā¢ Educate students by delivering tailored lessons based on individual learning needs and goals.
ā¢ Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
ā¢ Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
ā¢ Assist in curriculum development to enhance educational offerings.
ā¢ Provide support for special education needs, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
ā¢ Work with early childhood education programs or adult education initiatives as required.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback to stakeholders.
ā¢ Foster a nurturing environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
Requirements
ā¢ Proven experience working with students in a classroom or tutoring setting.
ā¢ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
ā¢ Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques.
ā¢ Experience in special education or early childhood education is preferred.
ā¢ Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
ā¢ Background in childcare is advantageous but not mandatory.
ā¢ A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
