About the Role: Turkish Speaking Customer Service Representative We're excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Turkish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 100% home office basis. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time position that requires a strong foundation in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring an optimal customer experience. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing solutions to their queries and concerns. Utilize various tools and systems to identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the relevant teams when necessary. Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality customer support and efficiency. Assist customers with technical inquiries, raising concerns to the subject matter expert technical team as needed. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess: Excellent Turkish (C2) and English (B2) language skills, both written and verbal. A customer-centric approach, with the ability to communicate effectively at the customer's level. Proficiency in using a PC and various software applications. Prior experience in a service organization is desirable, though not mandatory. Familiarity with social media and online advertising products/vendors is a plus. The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and be a fast learner. A diligent work ethic and a willingness to provide background checks (certificate for highest level of education, employment certificate, references from previous employment). Residency in Germany (excluding Saxony, Hesse, Saarland, and Hamburg). Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service.
