Tuition Collections Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tuition Collections Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our university's tuition collection efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of incoming payments, supervising tuition collections staff, and providing high-level customer service for tuition collections activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the University tuition collection efforts and applicable reconciliations
Ensure all tuition collection processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Supervise tuition collections staff and ensure adherence to regulatory, University, and departmental processes
Provide high-level customer service for tuition collections activity
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting
At least three (3) years of collection and student loan experience
Experience using MS Word, PowerPoint, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of the current FDPCA rules
Supervisory experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle difficult customers in a calm and professional manner
Preferred Qualifications:
