Trust & Safety Fraud Representative - Hybrid (1 day in office, 4 days WFH)
This opening is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, energetic, responsible, self-motivated person who excels in customer support and attention to detail.
The hiring company is seeking a Trust & Safety Fraud Representative who will be responsible for providing a professional and consistent level of authentication for all of the company's suppliers & bookings as well as Vacation Rentals.
What to know:
• 9 AM - 5:30 PM Shift
• Hybrid schedule
• Pays £13/hr
Essential Functions:
• Assist in validation checks
• Investigate suppliers and bookings using the information provided by the customer
• Analyze information and make conclusions in an efficient manner about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking
• Make justifiable decisions in regard to evidence found and relate this to how we can proceed with new customers
Requirements:
• Must be able to work two weekends every four weeks
• Experience in a research environment is advantageous
• Must be confident in using a computer
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office Software within a Customer Service role is desirable
• Preferably Fluent in a second language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian etc.)
