Trimble TMW .Net Brokerage Subject Matter Expert (SME) Job Summary We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Trimble TMW .Net Brokerage Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical expertise and strategic insight for a remote role. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the TMW Suite , specifically focusing on the .Net Brokerage platform . You'll be the go-to expert, leading implementation and integration, troubleshooting user issues, and recommending enhancements to optimize business processes. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure overall system efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Serve as the go-to expert on Trimble TMW .Net Brokerage , providing guidance to internal teams and stakeholders. Lead the implementation, integration, and support of the platform across brokerage operations. Analyze current workflows and recommend enhancements or configurations. Provide hands-on support for user issues and resolve system errors. Develop and deliver documentation and training materials. Stay current with Trimble/TMW updates and manage system upgrades and changes. Required Skills & Experience In-depth knowledge of the Trimble TMW .Net Brokerage platform . Proven ability to lead and manage system implementations and integrations. Strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Experience with data mapping, EDI/API integrations , and reporting. Proficiency in developing documentation and training materials. Familiarity with industry best practices and compliance standards in the logistics domain.
