Treasury Sales Officer
Our client is a FinTech firm with a national presence. They are currently seeking an experienced Treasury Sales Officer to cover their Northern Midwest region. This role will be remote with travel and can be based in the following areas - Minneapolis, Omaha or Des Moines.
Responsibilities:
· Leveraging your experience and results-oriented mindset, you will be a key member of our Banking and Financial Services Team responsible for managing and expanding relationships across the community banks, regional banks and credit unions.
Qualifications:
· Excellent understanding of the banking industry, including knowledge of funding markets and balance sheet management strategies
· Self-starter with the aptitude to quickly learn new products and services
· Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment
· History of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals and quotas
· Proven track record of building and fostering new and existing relationships, as well as managing a large territory
· Able to travel extensively, including overnight (approximately 50%)
· Experience using CRM tools, such as SalesForce
· Must currently reside in the Northern Midwest – ideally in Minneapolis, Des Moines or Omaha
· Demonstrated ability to be efficient working from a home office
· Bachelor’s degree
