Treasury Lead $23.27 minimum starting pay Job Level: Individual Contributor What You Will Be Doing: The Treasury Lead ensures efficient processing of financial transactions, cash management, payment reconciliations, and compliance with internal controls. Additionally, the Treasury Lead researches and resolves payment-related issues, provides guidance and training to treasury team members including Financial Operations Specialists, Disbursement Specialists and Remittance Specialists, and collaborates with other departments to optimize cash flow and payment operations. What We're Looking For: Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with internal and external customers, articulating issues and resolutions. Strong personal computer skills, including the ability to learn new software products. Requires strong analytical skills to determine source of problems and make proper decisions for correction. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required. Ability to manage time effectively, maintain workloads and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain a positive attitude, work well in team situations and sustain a good working relationship with others. Ability to train new team members and assist them in their understanding of department systems and procedures.
