Fully Remote Treasury Claims Principal MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area of study, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience • 8 years of experience in Finance or Accounting role-treasury • 1 year of leadership/people management experience. • Previous healthcare experience and/or pharmacy or pharmacy benefit management knowledge. • Experience in system replacement or enhancement projects. • Experience in general ledger systems, with SAP preferred. Job Description The Treasury Claims Principal focuses on the regulatory and operational components of Treasury. This role holds full responsibility for the unclaimed property process and provides support in bank account management and the claim payment process. Responsibilities • Perform all aspects of the unclaimed property process, including leading cross-functional projects to enhance system capabilities, implement internal processes and controls, and manage internal and state audits. • Support bank account management by enhancing processes, analyses, and controls around bank access, bank form management, and bank fees. • Participate in claim system replacement and enhancement projects, providing guidance on federal and state prompt pay laws and direction on cash flow and banking impacts. • Perform complex issue management triage, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization and at various levels, including senior leadership, to identify root causes and resolve issues. • Provide work direction and coaching to the team; leverage experience and organizational agility to effectively develop people, provide guidance on complex issues, and support the delivery of solutions. • Identify and manage process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Treasury Operations and related departments. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
