Receive Checks for various clients
Deposit Checks to perspective bank accounts
Sort and prepare incoming mail related to checks
Follow check negotiable rules as outlined in standard operating procedures
Ensure cash deposit adhere to client’s requirements
Maintain Check Deposit Logs
Create and mail letters
Operate the Remote Deposit Scanner
Create UPS Labels
Essential Functions:Below outlines the main areas of transaction processing responsibility:
Ensure day to day check deposit for all clients
Ensure deposits are processed to appropriate bank accounts.
Ensure cash is handled in accordance with compliance and standard operating controls
Maintain and provide the relevant process reports in a timely manner
