Treasury and Risk Analyst

What you'll do: This is your opportunity to work hands-on in the Treasury department at a global organization supporting corporate risk, credit risk and operational treasury! You will gain exposure to subject experts and management along the way, who are easily accessible and offer valuable insight. We provide a fun and exciting working environment where you can learn from our immensely skilled and hard-working employees in the Treasury Department. The day-to-day: • Assist corporate risk manager with insurance renewals, claims tracking, and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI’s) • Work closely with credit manager to assess customer credit risk and recommend credit terms • Provide support to Treasury team such as template creation, opening new bank accounts, preparation of KYC documentation, preparing daily cash reports, and assistance with projects and audits • Support the process of corporate credit card requests and maintenance through the portal, ensuring adherence to company policies, and provide reporting and cardholder assistance as needed • Maintain treasury policies and procedures documentation What you'll need: • 2+ years of treasury, insurance, credit or related finance experience • Experience with global banking platforms and international cash management • Basic understanding of corporate insurance programs and corporate credit frameworks • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel • Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills • Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision and thrive in a team-based environment What will help you on the job: • Experience with ERP such as Oracle or SAP • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) such as Kyriba Salary range: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 / annually. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $74,500.00- $111,500.00/ annually : At Viasat, we consider many factors when it comes to compensation, including the scope of the position as well as your background and experience. Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
