About the Role
FindEmAll is looking for a motivated Traveling Sales Representative to help grow our events across Texas and surrounding regions. This role focuses on booking vendors, securing sponsorships, and upselling premium placements for our rapidly growing conventions.
You’ll play a key role in expanding our vendor network by building relationships with businesses, collectors, and vendors while representing FindEmAll at conventions and industry events.
Responsibilities
• Sell vendor tables for upcoming conventions
• Secure event sponsorships and promotional partnerships
• Upsell vendors on premium placements and promotional packages
• Build relationships with vendors, businesses, and collectors
• Represent FindEmAll at conventions and industry events
• Assist with vendor coordination and event operations
Travel & Schedule
• Weekday sales outreach and vendor booking
• Weekend travel required for conventions and events
• Occasional travel outside of Texas may be required as we expand into new markets
Compensation
• Base salary
• Commission on vendor table sales
• Commission on sponsorships and upgrades
• Performance bonuses tied to event sellouts
Realistic earnings potential: $55,000+ annually

• Strong communication and sales skills
• Comfortable networking and talking with new people
• Self-motivated and organized
• Willing to travel for events (including occasional out-of-state travel)
• Reliable transportation
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Interest in conventions, events, or collectibles is a plus but not required.
