Job Description: Richmond, VA Chiropractors - Looking to shake things up a bit? Chiro One is hiring a full-time Doctor of Chiropractic, Traveling Associate to support seven busy clinics in the Greater St. Louis Area ( Ellisville, O'Fallon, Richmond Heights, St. Charles, St. Peters, Town & Country, Wentzville ) The DC Traveling Associate is a full-time Chiropractor position responsible for traveling to Chiro One Clinics in the Greater Richmond Area that need temporary coverage support in maintaining continuity of patient care and the management of support staff of any clinic under their time of service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing an optimal patient care/experience via exceptional case management, team management, brand protection/promotion and educating the community (new patients) on Chiropractic Wellness. Provide general Physician services as outlined by Chiro One including but not limited to: reviewing health histories, referring patients out when medically necessary and providing treatment recommendations. Record and maintain accurate, confidential patient and team member records. Help supervise CT's (Chiropractic Technicians) so they can develop positive patient/community relationships, exceed office goals, and cultivate an environment dedicated to Chiro One’s Vision, Mission and Values. Ensure clinic remains compliant with Chiro One policies, protocols, and procedures Assist Human Resources with reconciling timesheets in Clinic Director's absence and that appropriate forms are submitted in a timely manner. Participate in internal marketing activities to promote the Chiro One brand and assist in office growth and patient retention (as needed). This includes but not limited to: Internal Wellness workshops at the clinic level and Patient Appreciation Days. Must work towards attaining CBP (Chiropractic Bio Physics) certification and maintain certification once attained.
