Traveler Success Specialist Remote | Full-Time | Non-Exempt Role Summary The Traveler Success Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless experience for travel clinicians by supporting payroll inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, and partnering closely with recruiting and operations teams. This role blends customer support, operational coordination, and payroll/billing assistance, requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience. Works Closely With Recruiters, Recruitment Leaders, Payroll, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure accurate pay, compliant submissions, and a strong clinician experience.
