Position Overview As a Travel Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling incoming requests via multiple channels, including phone, email, and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, exceed client expectations, and build strong relationships with clients through personalized communication and attentive follow-up. You'll have access to a wide range of travel options, including package deals, tours, event tickets, and more.
