Travel Scheduler

Remote Full-time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Travel Scheduler to support daily operations by coordinating travel timelines, managing itinerary schedules, and ensuring a smooth and well-structured experience from planning through confirmation. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping travel plans organized, up to date, and running efficiently.


This fully remote position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys scheduling and coordination, and takes pride in keeping multiple details aligned.


Responsibilities


Coordinate travel schedules, timelines, and itinerary details to ensure smooth planning
Manage calendar updates, booking timelines, and scheduling adjustments
Respond to inquiries and provide clear, accurate information regarding travel plans
Maintain organized records through data entry, itinerary tracking, and documentation
Assist with confirmations, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
Monitor workflow progress and ensure all scheduling tasks are completed on time
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency across all travel plans


Qualifications


Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities effectively
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency (email, calendars, and digital tools)
Experience in scheduling, coordination, administrative support, or travel planning is a plus (not required)
Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
