What Youll Do:
Design Tailored Itineraries:Research, create, and execute personalized travel plans that wow our clients
Customize Travel Plans:Assess client preferences to design trips that meet their specific needs and desires
Stay Certified & Informed:Participate in ongoing training and webinars with vendors and suppliers to stay certified and become an expert on various destinations
Manage Budgets:Review and plan trips within clients financial constraints, ensuring their dream vacations are both affordable and exceptional
Create Marketing Materials:Develop eye-catching promotional materials to market travel services
Handle Bookings:Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, accommodations, cruises, event tickets, and more
Communicate Effectively:Maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after their travels to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues that may arise
Network with Industry Partners:Build relationships with tour operators and explore package deals for clients
Flexible Commitment:Work part-time or full-time with a schedule that fits your life
What Youll Need:
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S
Strong communication skills; sales experience is a plus
Smartphone with internet access (laptop recommended but not required)
Personal travel experience is a bonus but not required
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
