Registered Nurse – Telemetry / Medical-Surgical | Travel Opportunity | Greensboro, NC

A dynamic healthcare facility in Greensboro, NC is seeking skilled Registered Nurses with experience in Telemetry and Medical-Surgical nursing to support patient care needs on a travel assignment. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in telemetry and med-surg units, monitoring vital signs and responding to patient needs promptly
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health maintenance

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
• Current RN license with certifications in Telemetry and/or Medical-Surgical nursing preferred
• Proven experience in telemetry monitoring and med-surg nursing units
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to prioritize patient care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to different clinical environments and schedules
