Travel Provider Recruiter

Schweiger Dermatology Group is one of the leading dermatology practices in the country, and they are seeking a Provider Recruiter to source, evaluate, and hire top-tier Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. This role will support the Manager of Provider Recruitment in driving provider growth initiatives through strategic pipeline development and candidate engagement. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned provider roles across dermatology, allergy, and additional specialties—from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding Manage recruitment efforts for the APP Training Program, including sourcing, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and onboarding Proactively build and maintain provider pipelines using sourcing tools, job boards, conferences, fellowships, and passive outreach strategies Partner with hiring managers, operations leaders, and medical directors to align on hiring priorities and customize recruitment strategies Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records in the ATS (Greenhouse/Workday), Smartsheets, and support compliance with credentialing/legal requirements Track and submit candidate reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner Produce reports to monitor metrics and key deliverables as needed Attend relevant recruitment conferences and industry events Participate in weekly meetings with the Provider Recruitment Manager Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis Skills Willingness to travel to career fairs, site visits, and conferences as needed required Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance 50% travel required for National Conferences Bachelor's degree preferred 1–3 years of healthcare or provider recruiting experience preferred Familiarity with dermatology, allergy, or other outpatient medical specialties is a plus Experience working in high-growth or multi-site healthcare organizations strongly preferred Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday a plus) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, HealthECareer, etc.) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clinical professionals preferred Highly organized, adaptable, and resourceful with excellent communication skills preferred Benefits Medical (TeleHeath included), HSA/FSA, Dental, Vision on 1st of the month after hire date 401K after 30 days of employment Your birthday is an additional personal holiday Company Sponsored Short Term Disability Pre-tax savings available for public transit commuters Dental and Vision on 1st of the month after date of hire 401K after 30 days of employment Employee discounts on Schweiger Dermatology Group skin care products & cosmetic services Company Overview Schweiger Dermatology Group is one of the leading dermatology practices in the country, with over 120 offices and 430 healthcare providers.
