In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities, then assist with organizing travel plans and coordinating reservations. Responsibilities include confirming booking details, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

This role focuses on coordination, organization, and consistent client support rather than direct sales. Success comes from attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather client preferences, timelines, and planning requirements
• Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options
• Assist with itinerary organization and booking coordination
• Confirm reservations and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide ongoing updates and client support
• Maintain organized planning records
Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in coordination, hospitality, or service roles is a plus (not required)
• Comfortable using online tools and systems
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Spain, or Australia
