Qualifications
ā¢ State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
ā¢ Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
ā¢ Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Case Management.
ā¢ Trauma Level Experience Trauma level 1+.
ā¢ EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
ā¢ Skills Assessment CMA skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
ā¢ Additional Confirmations I have previous experience with large facilities (200+ beds).
ā¢ Additional Confirmations I am willing to work a day / night rotation.
ā¢ Additional Confirmations I have 6 months of Level 1 experience within the last 2 years.
ā¢ Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
ā¢ COVID Vaccine Medical & religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
ā¢ Travel Contract Local contracts within 75.0 miles not accepted.
ā¢ Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
