Description Travel Nurse & Allied Health Recruiter (Independent Contractor) We are seeking an experienced recruiter to partner with our team in placing Travel Registered Nurses and Travel Allied Health professionals nationwide. This role requires proven success in sourcing, engaging, and presenting qualified travel healthcare candidates. What We’re Looking For • Demonstrated experience in recruiting Travel RNs and/or Travel Allied Health professionals (Therapists, Techs, etc.). • Strong network and ability to identify and connect with qualified travel healthcare talent. • Skilled in presenting opportunities in a compelling, professional manner. • Ability to work independently and meet deliverable expectations as an independent contractor. Performance Expectations • Within one (1) week of orientation, you should be in a position to consistently submit a minimum of five (5) qualified Travel Nurse or Allied Health candidates per week. • Candidates submitted must meet the agreed-upon role requirements, be available for travel assignments, and be actively engaged in the recruitment process. • Success in this role depends on the ability to maintain both quality and volume in candidate submissions. Independent Contractor Status This is a 1099 contract opportunity, commission only. You will have the flexibility to manage your own methods, schedule, and approach to achieving results. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for covering business expenses, such as recruiting tools, job boards, and networking opportunities. Instead of a salary, you earn fees or commissions for successful placements. Contract Continuation The continuation of this contract is dependent on meeting the outlined performance expectations.
