Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and document care accurately
- Support daily living needs and provide emotional support to residents
- Maintain a safe and compassionate environment
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota
- Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Prior LTC or geriatric nursing experience preferred but not required
