Position Overview – Remote Travel Data Entry Specialist
We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Remote Travel Data Entry Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our booking operations, providing top‑tier customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring every travel document is accurate and compliant. Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Deliver personalized assistance for travel bookings, itinerary customizations, and post‑booking support.
Booking & Sales Coordination: Suggest destinations, accommodations, transport options, and activities that align with client preferences and budgets. Execute bookings and manage reservations using our CRM and industry‑standard booking platforms.
Travel Research & Knowledge Management: Stay current on travel trends, visa requirements, weather alerts, health advisories, and local regulations. Provide accurate, up‑to‑date advice that helps clients make informed decisions.
Documentation Assistance: Guide clients through visa applications, passport renewals, travel insurance selections, and any other required paperwork. Verify that all documents meet regulatory standards before submission.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Proactively address flight delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, and other travel disruptions. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to minimize impact on client itineraries.
Administrative Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and communications within our CRM system. Process payments securely, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance workflow efficiency, improve client communication templates, and streamline documentation processes.


Essential Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or travel support roles—preferably within the travel, hospitality, or tourism sectors.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a strong advantage.
High level of organization with the ability to juggle multiple client requests, bookings, and deadlines simultaneously.
Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities, especially under pressure or in time‑sensitive situations.
Comfortable working with computers and internet applications; proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
