Role Overview • Position: Travel Professional – Independent Contractor, Remote • Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hours/week (potential to extend to 40 hours/week) • Duration: 1–2 months • Join an exciting collaboration to develop and evaluate AI systems for travel, tourism, and hospitality workflows. Responsibilities • Create and assess complex problems in travel, including consumer travel planning, tourism, and hospitality. • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance to real-world travel experiences. • Provide clear written feedback on travel-related content and recommendations. • Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and engineers to improve model performance. • Ensure accuracy and alignment with consumer travel industry standards in training or evaluating AI systems. Requirements / Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications • Deep personal or professional experience with travel, tourism, hospitality, or related consumer-facing industries. • Strong knowledge of travel logistics, planning, destinations, and consumer preferences. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and practical thinking. • Location: Must be U.S.-based with valid work authorization. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in tourism, travel agencies, hospitality, or content creation for travel is a plus. Engagement Details • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($25–$50 USD/hr). • Bonuses: Top performers receive weekly bonus incentives ranging from $20–100/hr. • Contract Type: Independent contractor. • Payment: Daily payment via Stripe Connect. • Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous — flexible working hours.
