As a Branch Customer Service Representative with ACG, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing them with expert advice and support on our various products and services.
Some of your key duties will include:
Ā Providing sales and support services to members, including greeting, servicing, and selling membership, travel products, and banking products
Ā Generating leads, updating members on travel and insurance specials, and providing travel information
Ā Responding to customer inquiries and referring to senior staff or agents when appropriate
Ā Providing cashiering services to members, which includes taking and processing payments for insurance policies, travel, and sale of tickets, and travel money products, processing remittance/depository transfers, and balancing cash drawers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā Working in a customer-focused environment
Ā Providing customer-focused service and timely solutions to problems
Ā Microsoft Office applications
Ā Taking personal responsibility in seeking solutions to problems
Ā Multi-tasking and appropriately prioritizing tasks to ensure meeting office customer service goals
