Duties

ā¢ Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel arrangements.
ā¢ Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documents.
ā¢ Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and destination information to provide accurate advice.
ā¢ Handle any changes or cancellations in a timely manner while maintaining excellent customer service.
ā¢ Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers to secure the best options for clients.
Skills
ā¢ Strong sales skills to effectively promote travel packages and services.
ā¢ Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients.
ā¢ Proficiency in travel planning tools and software for booking arrangements.
ā¢ Previous hotel experience is a plus, providing insight into accommodations.
