As the Sr. Manager Travel Sales All Inclusive,you willsupport the team responsible for providing a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands, motivated to grow market share. On the All Inclusive AMER Sales team, you willreport to the Assistant Managing DirectorHilton All Inclusive Sales.You willhandle a portfolio of host and consortia accounts that focus on selling All

• HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
• What your day
• to•day will be like:•+ Develop revenue and market share in the B2B travel segment: Retail, Consortia, and Host agencies in North America and Canada.
Balancing multiple sales opportunities, taking ownership of responsibilities while managing deadlines.+ Use in
• depth knowledge of customer procurement strategies, structure, businesses, and commonalities together with Hilton+ Lead Account development, and customer service experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each account+ Research and generate leads with quantitative and qualitative analytics skills, including the use of logic and reasoning to identify strengths/weaknesses of alternative solutions+ Maintain an organized and up•to•date pipeline of opportunities which includes a balance of confidence and partnership and displaying discretion and confidentiality with critical information •How you will collaborate with others:•+ Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales methods+ Partner with high•level executives, colleagues and customers within the global organization+ Mentor Hotel and Hilton Sales team members (All•Inclusive HWS Sales Experts) on their informative and annual programs through your understanding of this segment+ Network with business decision•makers and executives to influence positive All•Inclusive buying+ Engage in relevant industry organizations and events •What deliverables you will take ownership of:•+ Deploy a tailored sales strategy, maintaining accurate account details and activity, with Host and Consortia top accounts via Account Planning in Salesforce+ Solid negotiation capability, delivering key financial metrics and improve value for partners+ Develop marketing plans with strategic initiatives and opportunities supporting the needs of the Hilton All•Inclusive destinations/resorts/new openings+ Model account•based trends weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis with data compared to previous years' results.
This includes forecast development for future account
• based growth+ Improve conversion of Host and Consortia group opportunities, establish a timeline for follow
• up, reduce quote turnaround time, and align with hotel teams to ensure revenue targets are achieved+ Grow direct transient revenue and room nights from Host/Consortia accounts and increase ADR+ Source inclusion of Hilton All
• Inclusive resorts with Host and Consortia preferred hotel programs+ Seek new opportunities in Host and Consortia to broaden the base and demand for the product and continue to feed taConnect database with new contacts
• WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
• You have these minimum qualifications:
• + Four (4) years of professional experience in the B2B hospitality Leisure sales development+ Two (2) years of sales management experience within an all
• inclusive and/or resort environment, managing properties with 300 rooms, or experience in a corporate national sales role selling a portfolio of all
• inclusive hotels+ In
• depth knowledge of the Intermediary industry with specific attention to retail and consortia/host agencies in the US and Canada+ Travel 40% of the time
• It would be useful if you have:
• + Three (3) years of Managerial experience+ Experience working in a global matrixed environment+ Experience being responsible for national and/or global accounts+ Experience using Salesforce and Delphi
