Position Overview
As a Remote Travel Advisor, you will assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences including vacations, cruises, resorts, group travel, and more. This role is ideal for someone who loves travel, enjoys helping others, and wants the flexibility to work from anywhere while building their own travel business with support.
Key Responsibilities
• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Research, plan, and book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, cruises, excursions, etc.)
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
• Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier promotions
• Manage bookings, confirmations, and client communications
• Follow company systems and complete required training
Qualifications
• Passion for travel and helping others
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable using online tools, email, and booking platforms
• Reliable internet access and computer/laptop
• No prior travel experience required (training provided)
