Position Overview

Are you passionate about travel and looking for a part- or full-time opportunity to share your expertise with others? Do you enjoy planning and organizing your own vacations? If so, you might be the perfect fit as a Travel Advisor! In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients to plan their upcoming adventures, offering personalized guidance and expert advice. Best of all, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, on your own schedule, and at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities
• Connect with clients via phone, email, and text to understand their travel preferences, expectations, and budgets.
• Research and recommend destination options, accommodations, dining choices, and activities to create customized travel itineraries that meet each client’s needs.
• Gather and confirm information to make bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and excursions.
• Provide friendly, detailed, and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries, travel concerns, and special requests in a timely manner.
• Stay informed about travel regulations, destination-specific health and safety guidelines, and other relevant updates to ensure a safe and enjoyable travel experience for clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a Social Security number or EIN.
• Have access to a computer with reliable internet connectivity.
• A passion for travel and a desire to help others with their travel plans.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage reservations and itineraries effectively.
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with social media, email use, and the ability to participate in Zoom meetings.
• Self-motivated with good time management skills and the ability to follow instructions while adhering to company policies.
