Transportation Project Engineer

LaBella Associates is currently seeking a Transportation Project Engineer in their Albany, NY office. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing technical tasks related to transportation and highway engineering, assisting project managers, and contributing to business development activities. Responsibilities Performs technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design, specification and plan preparation to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects Assist Project Managers with business development activities, including meeting with clients Assist with preparing and coordinating proposal efforts to secure work Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required 0-3 years of progressive transportation design experience PE is expected to be obtained Experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA, and Local Administered Federal Aid transportation projects Experience with Microstation / AutoCAD.
