Transportation Engineer Intern
Seeking Transportation Engineering Interns for Spring to work full-time on diverse projects in Ohio offices with Woolpert, a national AEG firm.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
• Work as part of the industry-leading Transportation team.
• Gain real-world experience on projects alongside Licensed Engineers.
• Assist with analysis, design, plan production, and cost estimation.
• Use Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, and discipline-specific design software.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subconsultants, and clients.
• Perform tasks and solve problems independently.
About You
What you'll need:
• Enrollment as a student at an accredited college or university, preferably at least sophomore status.
• Pursuing a Civil Engineering or related degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional multitasking and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Located in Ohio near Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, or Cleveland offices or willing to relocate at own expense.
• Must have work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.
Compensation
• Hourly wage: USD $21.00 - USD $25.50
