Key Deliverables in role:- Ensuring all associated documentation is accurate and prepared for pre-brief- Providing a full and detailed pre-brief to drivers to ensure they are fully aware of their daily activity,- Ensuring drivers check PODs prior to despatch- Ensuring debriefs are carried out in a timely manner, including dummy refs amended and DD pallet quantities changed for charging- Ensuring all PODs are returned and missing POD document is up to date and shared with the relevant colleague- Reporting any non returned POD incidents to the shift manager- Ensuring the returns trackers is completed and kept up to date- Demonstrating a competent level of people skills- Must have the ability to communicate with all departments on site, including internal and external customers and Sub - Contractors,- Ensuring all drivers download their cards in tachomaster- Ensuring all agency drivers are logged on and off the respective systems- Ensure company compliance requirements are adhered to, including vehicles are legally compliant for use (Must not send out any VOR trailers) - Must adhere to site health & safety rules and assist with the welfare of all colleagues - Maintain a safe and clean environment for all colleagues - Support in maintaining a positive team culture and spiritThe Package:- Choice of shifts- 4 on 4 off 1800-0600 or Sunday to Thursday 22:00- 06:00- £11.88ph- Onsite parking- Canteen facilitiesSkills & Experience Required:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work individually under your own initiative- You will be self-motivated and take ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload which will be set by the Transport Co-ordinator- A focussed and flexible approach to work, this will also include an expectation of arriving on site with enough time to support your peers to collate the shift build and provide a shift handover after shift endOther benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Ltd include:- Weekly pay- Pension contribution- Online payslips- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
