Job Overview: As the Supply Chain Lead at Scalesforth, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing strategies to enhance our overall supply chain performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing supply chain strategies that align with company objectives and drive operational excellence
Collaborating with procurement, production, and distribution teams to forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely replenishment
Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency
Managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery
Analyzing data and key performance indicators to assess supply chain performance and develop actionable insights for optimization
Leading and mentoring a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the supply chain function

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration)
3+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of progressively increasing responsibilities
Strong knowledge of specific software/tools/systems relevant to the industry (e.g., ERP systems, demand planning software)
