About the Role:
As our Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and vision, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. Your expertise will drive the development of innovative solutions that meet market needs, ensuring our products are competitive, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and track key performance metrics to measure success.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap, conduct market research, and translate strategic business priorities into actionable product initiatives.
Team Collaboration: Establish processes for consistent communication, goal-setting, and evaluation within the product team, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and go-to-market execution.
Product Development & Execution: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, prioritize product features, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary product liaison, gather and synthesize feedback, and act as a product evangelist both internally and externally.
Financial & Operational Management: Manage product allocation, make decisions to maximize ROI, and analyze product performance data to inform product lifecycle management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred, with at least 5 years of product management experience.
Proven experience developing and executing product strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed, strategic decisions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the QMS and/or Manufacturing space.
Track record of launching successful products in both B2B and B2C environments.
Technical background or strong understanding of the technical aspects of product development.
Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Aha!
Strong financial acumen with experience in product budgeting and forecasting.
