Transformative Senior Product Manager, Consumer Experience Opportunity

We're on a mission to reimagine the customer experience in the insurance industry, and we're looking for a talented Senior Product Manager, Consumer Experience to lead the charge. As a key member of our newly formed Service Consumer Experience team, you'll be responsible for strategizing, developing, and enhancing the consumer journey through digital products, serving millions of customers.
In this role, you'll work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting the product vision with specific solutions to solve business and customer problems. You'll break down complex problems into manageable steps, driving product development while modernizing our experience and platforms, and leapfrogging the competition.
You'll partner with engineering, operations, sales, design, and other product teams to reimagine and build GEICO's Digital Experience, serving the customer service needs across the entire policy lifecycle. As a single-threaded owner, you'll drive the end-to-end experience across mobile app, web, and desktop platforms, and across all business lines that are platform-agnostic.
Key Responsibilities:
Build customer-centric online and mobile consumer experiences and features
Define and execute a unified vision for Mobile Native App, Mobile Web, and Desktop experience
Lead cross-functional teams to drive results during product discovery and delivery
Synthesize business, market, and platform data to identify opportunities and turn insights into product vision, strategy, and requirements
Own and prioritize the long-term product roadmap to deliver business outcomes
Partner with UX team to drive a stellar experience for customers
Work with stakeholders to create, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap related to the entire lifecycle of policy experience
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, building software and technology products with a proven record of accomplishment
Experience in building consumer-facing online and mobile app products with a strong customer focus and ownership mindset
Builder mindset with proven experience in managing all aspects of building products throughout their lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as software engineering or computer science
Experience in ecommerce, financial services, and marketplace digital-first companies
