We're seeking an exceptional Salesforce Project Manager to lead a high-impact digital transformation project for one of our top clients. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the successful implementation of large-scale Salesforce projects, ensuring effective scope, timeline, and budget management
Understand the full end-to-end delivery life cycle, from vision/strategy to development and release, and work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery
Oversee project and program portfolios, ensuring alignment with our delivery methodology
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, and critical path items for assigned initiatives
Allocate, assign, and optimize onshore and offshore resources across programs and projects
Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues, presenting solutions and options to key stakeholders
Drive steering committee meetings with key stakeholders to make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues
Lead, mentor, and manage implementation teams across various locations and workstreams
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, facilitating communication and resolving conflict
Requirements:
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in an external client consulting background
Proficiency in project management and delivery of agile, waterfall, or predictive agile software development methodology, preferably with Salesforce (3+ years)
Scrum Master certification highly preferred
Proven experience in strategic large enterprise Salesforce implementations (3+ years)
Effective management of C-level client stakeholders and client escalations
Ability to creatively problem-solve while assessing risks and issues
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
