About the Role:
As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:
Providing leadership in change management through project management disciplines
Advocating for continuous process improvement and cultivating communications with all departments and team members
Overseeing on-site implementation efforts, creating and maintaining project schedules, and ensuring the success of each project
Guiding project meetings with internal and external customers, and providing weekly updates to the team and management

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
At least 1 year of experience managing projects in an IT organization
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management disciplines, methodologies, and life cycle
Nice to Have:
While not essential, the following skills and certifications would be advantageous:
Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and experience
PMP certification
IT Infrastructure knowledge
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
