Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions
Mentor and guide software engineers on best practices, design principles, and innovative technologies
Research and evaluate new technologies, presenting comparative analysis and recommendations to stakeholders
Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity across the organization
Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration
Requirements for Success:
10+ years of experience in software architecture, design, and development, with a focus on web applications and service-oriented architecture
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft .NET, relational and non-relational database design, and enterprise applications in SaaS Cloud Environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Proven track record of leading software engineering teams, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving, communication, and collaboration
Deep understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS products and deployment strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
