Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence
Lead and mentor our sales team to achieve exceptional results and foster a culture of excellence
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with referral partners, such as Telarus, to drive new business opportunities
Collaborate with our executive team to set company revenue targets and growth objectives
Drive the strategy for Frontline Connect and promote our full range of services to the SMB market
What We Offer:

Requirements:
10+ years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the CCaaS, BPO, or technology industries
Proven track record of success in managing referral and partner channels
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Demonstrated experience building and managing high-performing teams
Strong background in digital marketing, product marketing, and lead generation
Work Environment:
This is a remote office position, with core hours of work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. You will be required to provide your own computer equipment and have a reliable internet connection.
