Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to achieve key performance indicator (KPI) goals
Facilitate the hiring process, including posting roles, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
Collaborate with store leadership to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall sales experience
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, sharing best practices across the team and organization
Host team calls, meetings, and training sessions to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing
Attend off-site training sessions and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
Support program reporting requirements, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
At least 1 year of leadership experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
Previous experience in the consumer electronics industry (preferred)
Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment, with a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Microsoft Suite proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
