Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists and analytics engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity
Develop and execute a team charter and roadmap that aligns with evolving business needs and drives impact
Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization, including product management, engineering, consumer insights, content, and strategy
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, trustworthy technical outputs that influence business decisions
Act as an ambassador between teams, providing expertise on the Netflix Ads product and driving cross-functional projects
The Ideal Candidate
You're a seasoned leader with a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and emotional intelligence. You possess:
Demonstrated leadership experience in driving cross-functional projects and overcoming challenges
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and communicate effectively to technical and creative audiences
Experience building and leading hybrid Data Science and Analytics teams in the Ads space
A passion for translating business objectives into actionable analyses and driving business recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong working relationships and give outstanding presentations
