We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to drive growth in the Healthcare market, promoting our innovative Low/Medium Voltage Products and solutions. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with hospital end-users, contractors, and our Sales team to succeed in the target market, reporting to the Director of Strategic Projects Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Review complex electrical designs and offer alternative solutions to drive incremental value for customers
Facilitate bid negotiations, covering system design, bill of materials, labor content, local codes, and contract negotiations
Identify key stakeholders and represent Siemens solutions to drive business opportunities
Evaluate business opportunities and make recommendations on specifications, system design, and product application
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of sales/engineering experience
5+ years of experience with product solutions for construction applications
Strong understanding of Medium & Low voltage power distribution products
Valid Driver's license and ability to travel 30%
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to manage conflict and navigate discussions with various stakeholders
Forward-thinking, growth mindset with a passion for growing our business
Self-starter and motivator with excellent customer relationship skills
Working knowledge of the electrical industry and/or specific markets
