Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth
Develop and execute sales strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships
Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales performance
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, building strong relationships with clients and prospects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in managing and directing a sales team
Experience in the court reporting industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using sales technology and tools
