Collaborate effectively with company leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales with broader business goals, ensuring a unified approach to driving national success.
Manage key national accounts, spearheading contract negotiations and overseeing the sales budget to drive revenue growth and expansion.
Continuously analyze sales performance, utilizing insights to refine processes and enhance customer satisfaction, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Engage in regular travel to customer sites and company headquarters to support sales initiatives, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams, driving substantial revenue growth and managing large national accounts.
Experience in driving sales growth and managing national accounts, preferably in food safety, retail, or similar sectors.
Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for effective customer relationship management, with strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and implement improvements.
