About the Role: As an OCM Change Specialist, you will work with internal and external partners to develop and utilize standard, industry-proven tools and processes, equipping leaders to lead organizational change and ensuring successful change adoption on identified initiatives. You will collaborate with a matrix organization, including technology, finance, HR, executive leaders, and external teams and customers to positively impact business performance by accelerating change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead change management planning and execution for initiatives, developing change management plans, and deploying actionable and targeted plans.
Leverage the customized Up Prosci change management methodology, adjusting as needed to ensure focus on execution and impact.
Co-create comprehensive communication plans for internal and external communications, conducting ongoing impact analysis to assess change readiness and manage anticipated resistance.
Design and execute the change agent/change champions plan and resistance management plan, coaching and providing ongoing support to executive teams, stakeholders, and project teams.
Deploy effective, measured, and continuously improved change management best practices for the success of enterprise and other large-scale transformational initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years in Change Management or a similar field.
Demonstrated experience with change management initiatives.
Change management certification is desirable (Prosci certification preferred).
