About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessing, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You will partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and continually improve our recruitment processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us build a high-performing sales team that shares our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive full-cycle recruiting, leveraging all available talent channels to attract market-leading sales talent
Deliver high-touch candidate experiences, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment process
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop target profiles, and drive sourcing strategies
Collaborate with the Head of Talent to analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our applicant tracking system, enabling meaningful reporting and data integrity

What You Bring:

4+ years of experience in sales recruiting and sourcing, with a focus on digital health employer benefits recruiting
Proven track record of hiring top talent in fast-paced environments, ideally in a startup or high-growth company
Exceptional people skills, with a consultative approach to recruiting and a passion for building deep relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Strong process design and execution skills, with the ability to scale and improve recruitment processes
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneously

What We Offer:

Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $135,000 annually
